Poggio Santa Cecilia, a small village in Tuscany, is on the market for 40 million Euros (around $44.6 million). Unsurprisingly, it is not in good shape. The village was abandoned in the 1960s and purchased by a group of investors who have done little to alter it since then. The total amount of land that is on the market (the village and surrounding farmland) comes to 1,730 acres.
